Wokedi specializes in the production of high-quality lighting fixtures for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information displayed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, specifications, or other content on our website are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, and features without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between product information on our website and the actual product, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and offer suitable alternatives or solutions.

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or directly with our sales team are subject to acceptance by Wokedi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

3.3 Custom Orders

For custom lighting fixture orders, specific terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications will be agreed upon in writing through a separate quotation or contract. Custom orders may require deposits and are typically non-refundable once production has commenced.

Payment must be made in full before shipment of products unless alternative credit terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. For commercial accounts and bulk orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Wokedi will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided at the time of order. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation delays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

Wokedi warrants that our lighting fixtures are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion.

Returns of non-defective products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee and provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-manufactured products are not eligible for return unless defective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wokedi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Wokedi website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Wokedi and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.

Wokedi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
